For some reason they decided to start the NCAA Title game at 9:20PM so that the East coast viewers would have to be up past Midnight watching the game. This gave me some time before the game started to get in a quick poker session as I was really interested in watching the game. I had to make dinner for my gf so I actually was playing HU poker while cooking turkey burgers. This was a site to be seen as I had the laptop on top of the fridge and the spatula in one hand basically playin poker with my left hadn and cooking with my right. It turned out alright as the guy who bought in for 300, ran it up to almost 600 as he was just getting some cards and then I stacked him luckily as my AK > QQ. That made for a successfull dinner cooking process. We ate dinner and then I played one more session with another guy buying in for 300. This guy I was able to get down to about 200 but then he pushed on a flop of Ah 6c 4h and I called. I had A 8 and he had 6h 7h for a pair and a flush draw and we are racing. He of course hits the flush on the turn and im dead. I was able to stack him though later in the match as this guy was just a calling station and got frusterated and made some bluffs later on that I was able to pick off. That made it for a nice night up 600.
I then decided to put 300 on memphis -2 as I really thought it is there year and they were gonna take home the crown. The bet was looking golden as they were up 9 points with 2 minutes left but I shoulda known that with my luck that this would never be that easy. Of course t hey stop hitting free throws, turn the ball over, and give up a miracle three at the buzzer to tie the game. Then i knew going into overtime I had no shot and gg me 
Oh well was a fun night and still profitable.
